Just had news of this new eight week course in Bristol, UK with poet Claire Williamson:
A Writing Adventure
Unlocking the creative process and understanding how it meets your personality is the key to engaging with your originality, whatever your project or hopes for writing may be.
As a seasoned writer, or as a beginner, this eight week course will place you in the heart of your writer’s life, through creative exercises, discussion and gentle guidance.
Titles of each session are as follows:
The place where you live; Songs for the heart; Paths through the forest; Where the river flows free.
Half Term
Meetings at the lake; Dark nights and bright stars; Holding all in your hands; Coming home to yourself.

Claire Williamson is author of two narrative poetry collections (Ride On and The Soulwater Pool).
She is Programme Leader on Metanoia’s MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes and has worked for over twenty years in collaboration with organisations such as :Welsh National Opera, University of Bristol, Poetry Can, Show of Strength Theatre, Firebird Theatre, NHS, Music Box, The Poetry Slam, Opera North.
