Congratulations to Di Coffey, a regular contributor to Poetry Space Quarterly on taking both first and second place in the U3A (University of the Third Age) competition in Falmouth, Cornwall.
Di has been a writer for many years but is a fairly recent convert to poetry. Moira Andrew, also well known to Poetry Space was responsible for introducing Di to the art of poetry and she says that she is” thrilled for Di” and feels like a “proud parent herself.”
Well done to both Di and Moira. You are both an inspiration to us all. Both poets have poems in the Winter edition of Poetry Space Quarterly so do have a look.
